Introduction

The Michigan School of Ministry was born out of a burden to reintroduce the local church in the training of believers for ministry.

2 Timothy 2:2 says . . . The things which you have heard from me in the presence of many witnesses, entrust these to faithful men who will be able to teach others also.

The Michigan School of Ministry is an extension ministry of Bethany Baptist Church of Grand Blanc, Michigan.

Vision Statement

The vision of the Michigan School of Ministry is to prepare another generation of God’s people to be His servants through local New Testament churches. To accomplish this vision, the Michigan School of Ministry desires . . .

  • To teach believers to think biblically, theologically and historically concerning the Christian faith.
  • To train believers in the art of biblical interpretation, exegesis and exposition of God’s Word.
  • To prepare believers to labor among God’s people as good stewards of the manifold grace of God.
  • To provide believers with avenues of service through local churches whereby they can apply the learning gained in classroom instruction.
