Adult Ministries
Homebuilders
Due to the large influx of young families in our church, we have organized some fellowships for these families. While anyone in the church is welcome to be part of any aspect of this ministry, primarily this group consists of families with children still in the home. After Church Fellowships are held from time to time to allow the opportunity to develop deeper relationships, and there are as well a handful of activities throughout the year. Some of these activites are for the whole family while others could be considered date nights.
If you have any desire to join in the fellowship and would like more information please contact Pastor Sturgill.
Possessors
The mission of Possessors is to provide retired people and other seniors an opportunity to worship together and learn from God’s Word as well as to enjoy a time of fellowship and share a meal during each meeting. Godly Senior Saints are the mentors for the rest of the church. They know how to pray, study the Scriptures and worship God. They help pave the way for financial stewardship and sacrifice.

Discipleship Ministry
Mission Statement
To ground Christians in the foundational truths of Scripture while building relationships between Christians to assist in their growth in Christ and participation in the local church. Three activities currently fall within the discipleship ministry. One on One study. This serves to provide the learner with some basics in doctrine and a connection with the church body. A short text is available with 21 lessons. The study usually takes about six months. Timing and location are very informal and take place at the discretion of the two participants. Recommendations for pairing of learner and leader are made by the individuals themselves, the Pastor or church leadership. Small group studies train church members for leading in a One on One study. These overviews of the lessons are held at the church as a breakout from one of the regular services. Class size, length and timing are variable based on the needs of the group. If you are interested in joining the… One on One study, contact someone from the church leadership. Leader training, contact Harold Dalton.
