Bible Version
The primary version used for preaching and teaching is the New American Standard Version.

Music
In our music, we strive to be theologically accurate, congregationally conducive and conservative in style.

Dress Standards
We believe that scripture teaches believers to dress modestly.

Church Polity
We are an independent church, with pastoral leadership, deacon ministry and congregational involvement.

Fellowship Time
There is a fellowship time between sunday school and the morning service. There are snacks and beverages in the fellowship hall as well as tables set up which make the atmosphere condusive to fellowship.

Membership
We believe that the church is to be made up of believers who have been baptized by immersion. If these qualifications have been met, you must participate in the 3-4 week discovery class. Following the class, you would fill out a form, speak to the deacons, and the church would then vote to accept you into its membership.

Church Facilities for Wedding Use
We are frequently asked by non members if they may use our facilities for weddings. A marriage is more than a ceremony. We believe that in order for the wedding day to be successful the most important component is not a facility but a relationship with Jesus Christ. As a result, we restrict use of our facilities to only members of Bethany Baptist Church for weddings.
